March 14 - May 16 (no classes on March 21 or April 4)

This fun and engaging 8‑week session introduces dancers to three exciting styles. Each style is explored for a few weeks so children can discover what they enjoy most while building coordination and creativity.

Adult Ballet/PBT - Spring Session

All levels welcome
Thursday March 12 - May 7th *No class March 19

This 8 week Adult Ballet and Progressing Ballet Technique session is open to both beginners and those with previous experience.Each class blends classical ballet fundamentals with Progressing Ballet Technique, a globally recognized conditioning program that improves core strength, alignment, posture, and muscle memory. Classes incorporate therabands, Pilates balls, and exercise balls to support correct placement, strength development, and body awareness. This session emphasizes balance, injury prevention, and safe, effective movement, making it ideal for adults looking to improve technique, return to dance, or move their body with intention in a welcoming environment.
