Liz is so excited for her first season teaching with the Impact team. She has been teaching ballet, jazz, and a variety of other styles to children, competitive dancers, and adults for the past 5 years. Liz has 20 years of dance training experience in styles including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, theatre jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and modern and was a competitive dancer in her youth and teen years. Her 8 years of classical ballet training (Vaganova) were completed under the supervision of Max Ratevosian in Hamilton, Ontario. Prior, she completed her Royal Academy of Dance training to level Advanced 1. She is currently a part-time soloist with Hamilton City Ballet and has danced many roles including Snow Soloist and Spanish Soloist from The Nutcracker and The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. Liz has had the opportunity to work with many choreographers including Tara Butler, Blake Mcrath, and Irina Lerman.
